My real estate career started as a small residential home builder. From there I evolved into the role of General Manager of the area's largest, at the time, homebuilder, learning every aspect of the home as a product and the costs of every feature found in homes; giving me a great sense of value-what makes a home worth the money asked for it. No one knows value better!! From this point I transitioned to being self employed doing residential real estate sales work in all priced ranges and also doing work in property management, development-residential and commercial and the occasional spec house/flipper. I enjoy the look in the eyes of the first time homebuyer as they realize their dream as well as the satisfaction of putting together more complex deals with larger properties. With hundreds of millions in sales I have the confidence that I can help anyone whatever their needs may be.
