Every morning, I start my day with an affirmation inspired by renowned author and motivational speaker, Zig Ziglar - “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want. ”
It’s this philosophy that drives every action I take for my customers. Whether you’re searching for or custom-crafting a home, especially a dream home, you’re embarking on a journey filled with so many variables. Location. Amenities. Features. Finishes. Quality. Value. Which is why I start every relationship through meaningful connections and getting to know my customers as people. Hearing their wishes. Interests. Professions. Hobbies. Do they like to entertain? What’s the perfect weekend look like? In short, I’m driven to find the right answer to their spot in paradise where they can savor the best life has to offer.
But my quest for knowledge and data shouldn’t come as a surprise. It’s part of my DNA. As a former field engineer for a global data and facilities company, finding my customers’ “why” is what I love. Information is everything, and generously sharing my deep expertise of the local area also factors heavily into the searching process. From visiting my parents here since I was a young man in the 1980’s, to calling our community home for more than 18 years; I’ve come to know and appreciate so many aspects of our area, in addition to the good people who have made it their home as well. Staying in touch with former customers, plus my family’s wonderful network of friends, allows me to truly hear what residents are saying. And sharing these extra insights has proven invaluable to the customers I serve.
