William Brokhof has earned his experience by working as a real estate agent with the best in the business in the Boston market. Through the years, he has developed strong connections with area brokers, developers, and trades people, gaining priceless experience and skill in negotiations, marketing and sales. In 2004 he developed The Boston Home Team in response to an overwhelming increase in his sales volume. The Boston Home Team was dedicated to creating unique marketing opportunities for clients and providing maximum exposure in a very competitive Boston market.
In 2013, he decided it was time to take his well-developed brand and join up with several other seasoned, veteran real estate agents to form the Boston Real Estate Cooperative. However, after more than 20 years in the Boston real estate market, William followed his heart to Vermont in 2015. He bought several short term vacation rentals (www.VermontBackcountryCottages.com) and plans to spend the rest of his life enjoying the beauty of the mountains, while assisting clients with creative real estate marketing and home finding strategies.
