Welcome to my website! My name is Wendy. McFarland, and I am a licensed Realtor® with over 16 years of experience helping clients buy and sell homes in Massachusetts and Northeast Connecticut. Currently I am only representing buyers and sellers in Connecticut at this time. I am a proud grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren and have been a resident of Massachusetts for over 20 years.

I am an avid supporter of several local charities and non-profit organizations. I am particularly passionate about supporting children's causes and have been named as a Miracle Agent for the Children’s Miracle Network. The Miracle Home Program is designed to connect RE/MAX agents with CMN Hospitals.. As such I make a contribution each time I close a transaction and send an Honor Card to my clients letting them know I donated on their behalf.
