Wendi McLamb is a real estate agent with REMAX at the Beach in Oak Island, serving buyers and sellers throughout Brunswick County, North Carolina. Known for her caring nature and hands-on support, Wendi takes time to understand what matters most to each client. She especially enjoys helping buyers find coastal properties, beach homes, vacation homes, and investment opportunities that complement their goals and lifestyle. Originally from the Charlotte area, Wendi moved to the Brunswick County coast to be closer to her children and grandchildren. Before earning her real estate license, she spent more than 30 years as a stay-at-home mother and later founded a successful cleaning business that her daughter now operates. These experiences shaped her strong work ethic, careful attention to detail, and natural ability to anticipate the needs of others. Her experience working as a real estate assistant inspired her to earn her license and pursue a career in real estate. Wendi’s approach is personal, thorough, and relationship-focused. She keeps clients informed throughout the transaction, addresses concerns as they arise, and works to make buying or selling a home feel more manageable. She treats each client like family and wants them to know they have someone in their corner from the first conversation through closing. Wendi chose REMAX at the Beach because of its welcoming culture, supportive leadership, and close-knit team. Outside of real estate, Wendi enjoys spending time with her five children, seven grandchildren, and extended family. They attend church, share Sunday lunches, and travel together—especially to Disney. She serves through Beach Road Church, enjoys cooking, loves Christmas, and is a devoted Dallas Cowboys fan. Wendi welcomes the opportunity to help clients buy or sell in Oak Island, Southport, Boiling Spring Lakes, Supply, Bolivia, Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Winnabow, and Columbus County.
