Licensed, full time, real estate professional in Washington state since 1979 - Well over 40 years in the Seattle area real estate market! My resume includes being an owner of a real estate company for over 10 years, as well as a branch manager for a large local real estate company after being a top producing agent within the company.
6 years ago my daughter Ashley Minnie joined me, and the two of us are now Team Minnie! As our clients will tell you, we have a white glove approach to our business - we treat your real estate transaction as if it was our own. There are no efforts too big or too small for us when it comes to YOUR HOME. When we say Team Minnie, we really mean TEAM- we know all the best contractors (with the best prices!) and are happy to share and coordinate anything we can on behalf of our clients.
