Born and raised in the Carolinas, Vince Ramsey II is a full-time REALTOR® and co-founder of the Gone Coastal Team at RE/MAX Southern Shores, serving Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand. His experience spans residential real estate and new construction, giving him a strong understanding of the local market, area communities, and the building process from representing both buyers, sellers, and builders in the past. Vince and his wife, Jennah, are raising their two children here along the Grand Strand. Outside of real estate, one of his favorite roles is supporting Jennah as she grows her local wellness practice, It Is Well Health & Wellness. Their family is deeply invested in the community they call home. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Vince brings a straightforward, dependable approach to his work. He values relationships, communication, and taking great care of the people trusted to him—especially when another agent places their confidence in him through a referral. Whether buying, selling, building, or relocating to the Carolina coast, Vince offers the local knowledge and hands-on guidance to help clients feel at home from day one.
