Born and raised in beautiful Sonoma County, Vince Doherty has deep roots in the community he proudly serves. A graduate of Rancho Cotate High School, Santa Rosa Junior College, and Sonoma State University, Vince earned bachelor’s degrees in Economics and History before receiving his teaching credential from the University of San Francisco. He went on to spend 10 years as a Social Studies teacher in the Roseland School District where he developed a passion for education and communication. Today, Vince lives in Rohnert Park with his wife, Katrina, and their two children. As a homeowner, parent, and little league coach, he understands the value of finding not just a house, but a place to build a life. Vince is dedicated to helping buyers navigate the home-buying process through education, transparency, and steady guidance. His positive outlook, strong relationship-building skills, and background as an educator allow him to make clients feel informed, supported, and confident as they work toward their real estate goals.
