About Me
Hi, I'm Victoria (Vici) Miranda. I was born and raised in Red Bluff, CA and deeply rooted in Tehama County and Northern California. I love what Northern California has to offer with the rich opportunity for adventure and outdoor activities. My husband, Tyler Miranda, and I are the owners of RE/MAX Top Properties and also a Property Management Office in Red Bluff. A bit about my education- I am a graduate of Red Bluff High School, Shasta Community College and CSU Sacramento and I hold a BS Degree in Real Estate and Land Use. To my knowledge, Tyler and I are the only Real Estate Licensees in our area that actually have a degree in Real Estate over and above standard real estate training. I am constantly learning and studying a new topic pertaining to real estate and property management, reading books and listening to podcasts; and I am quite proud of my knowledge of real estate law and landlord tenant law.
In my spare time, I enjoy time with family outdoors on a boat in the Sacramento River, in a kayak on a lake or at the family cabin in Mill Creek, CA just outside of Lassen National Park. I am also quite proud to give back to my community as a member of the Downtown Red Bluff Business Association as a board member, and also a member of Soroptimist Intl. of Red Bluff (SIRB) since 2006! I recently spearheaded The Big Splash Project to fund and build a splash park in Red Bluff. SIRB partnered with the City of Red Bluff in applying for a grant for a major park renovation and we were awarded a $3M grant to build a new splash park, amphitheater and pickle ball courts. It's an absolute honor to work on projects such as this to better our community, creating an inclusive play space, and perhaps improving property values for real estate owners in our community.
