- Valerie Girouard
With over 36 years of experience as a real estate broker, Valerie Girouard brings unmatched expertise, dedication, and heart to every transaction. She helps clients buy and sell single-family homes, multi-family investments, condos, vacant land, and commercial real estate. She consistently earns office accolades such as Top 10%, Top volume, Top units listed, etc. In 2022, she earned the designation of President's Club, honoring the Top 250 HomeSmart agents in the country. Before beginning her career in real estate, Valerie was a high school teacher and then managed a medical/surgical practice for years, in addition to her real estate work, before becoming a full time agent. Those experiences shaped her ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and manage even the most complex transactions. A proud mom to 3 grown children and grandmother to one grandson, Valerie understands the importance of finding the right home for every stage of life. Her personal and professional journey has given her a deep appreciation for the meaning of “home” and the value of trusted guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Valerie is one of the coaches in the mentorship program. She enjoys taking on the new agents, sharing her expertise and experiences with them, helping them to grow their businesses, and watching their careers take off. Valerie enjoys plays and musicals, and sharing adventures with old and new friends. At home, she’s never far from the company of her beloved dogs – a playful Pomchi and a sweet Chiweenie. Her favorite charities include: ASPCA, World Central Kitchen, Wounded Warriors, Toys for Tots, and Elves for Elders. Valerie’s approach to real estate is simple: treat every client like family, provide honest advice, and work tirelessly to achieve their goals. Valerie’s knowledge, experience, professionalism, and personal touch make all the difference. Her personal motto is: You miss 100% of the chances you don't take!
