"Hey there! I'm Tricia DeClue, a Long Island native raised in Levittown, NY, with my four amazing siblings and loving parents, Trish and Clint DeClue. After graduating from Division Ave High School and Levittown Memorial's Cosmetology program in 1997, I embarked on an incredible journey that has shaped me into the person I am today. In 2000, I made a life-changing decision to move to North Port, Florida, seeking new adventures and opportunities. It was there that I established a loving home and dedicated myself to raising my two wonderful children with unwavering commitment and love. Beyond my role as a dedicated parent, I've had a fulfilling career in the auto industry. Starting with Saturn Corp in 1997, I gained valuable experience and expertise before transitioning to other major dealerships. Currently, I am proud to serve as the office manager for Tom Joyce Automotive, an independently owned and top-rated auto service repair shop in Charlotte County. In 2022, I pursued my passion for real estate by studying with Aceable and the Magnolia School of Real Estate. Through these programs, I deepened my knowledge and honed my skills, culminating in the remarkable achievement of passing my final exam in less than 1 1/2 hours. Outside of my professional endeavors, I have a deep love for fishing and golf. Florida's picturesque coastal waters and lush golf courses provide the perfect backdrop for me to unwind, connect with nature, and enjoy the activities that bring me joy. Throughout my journey, I have been fortunate to share my life with an incredible partner. For the past 20 years, I have been happily engaged to Marc Ulum, a Sarasota Deputy and proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. His bravery and dedication to service have always inspired me. 2024 was a great year for me . My entity "Dedicated home sales " won best in charlotte county.
