Hi! I’m Tracy Miscik | The Myrtle Beach Team, a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Southern Shores, and I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2012. I’m a big believer that real estate should be easier, less stressful—and maybe even a little fun. My number one priority is communication. I keep my clients informed throughout the process, explain things in plain English, answer questions, and make sure they understand their options before making important decisions. I believe you should always know what’s happening and what comes next. I especially enjoy helping people relocate to the Myrtle Beach area. I moved here myself from Greensburg, Pennsylvania because I needed a little more sun and blue skies! That experience gives me a personal understanding of what it’s like to make a big move. Whether you're moving from another state or simply moving across the Grand Strand, I’ll help you understand the different communities and lifestyles throughout the area. I’m your local eyes and ears, helping you look beyond the house itself and understand what’s around it. I work with buyers and sellers, first-time buyers, second homes, vacation homes, investment properties, condos, new construction, golf communities, waterfront and oceanfront properties, homes with pools, and 55+ communities. When it comes to negotiating, I’m calm, strategic and in your corner. I work to get the best price and terms possible, protect your interests, negotiate repairs or credits when appropriate, and know when to push and when to find a solution. I love the Myrtle Beach lifestyle—the beach, boating, restaurants, live music, outdoor activities, exploring neighborhoods and spending time with family, friends and my dogs. My goal is simple: Help you find the right home, in the right community, with communication you can count on—and make the journey a whole lot easier.
