I am often asked "Why did you start selling Real Estate?" I can answer that in just one word - purposefulness. It is incredibly fulfilling to help a Seller or Buyer get to their next level in life. Mentoring my client friends through the processes gives me great joy and allows me to do something that really makes a difference in peoples lives!
My background is vast and varied! I have worked in Radio, TV and Film, Banking, Newspapers and also ran a family manufacturing company! All of these experiences have brought a richness to how I approach Real Estate. With 27+ years of Sales and Marketing experience dealing with worldwide retailers such as Walmart, Walgreens and countless others around the world, I have perfected the expert negotiating skills necessary to identify and capture the win-win scenario! Always with a personal touch!
As a lifelong learner, I have taken additional training for SRS, PSA, ABR, SFR, AWREP designations, and am currently working on getting licensed in another state as well. I have enjoyed working for many years at the State level as RPAC Chair, an annual Major Investor, and as State Director - Protecting Homeownership rights, Fair Taxation and Fair Housing for all of Missouri's residents!
I am married 33 years to my husband Tony, and have two amazing boys Nicholas, 30, and Christopher, 27. As a California native, I often dream about going back, buying my oceanside retirement home, continuing to sell Real Estate, growing my Team in two states and living the "West Coast/Best Coast Life"! For now though, my roots are deep in Eastern Missouri, and I cover a large territory for my clients and referrals. I List and Sell properties in my home county of Jefferson County, but also service St. Francois, Ste Genevieve, Perry, Madison and Cape Girardeau Counties to the south, Franklin, Washington, Crawford, Dent and Iron Counties to the West, and St. Louis, St. Charles and Warren an Lincoln counties to the North and of course, St. Louis City.
