Hey y’all! I’m Tracey Simmons—Realtor, Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Auburn-bleeding sports fanatic (War Eagle forever!), and proud servant to one very opinionated boxer named Gracie, who’s pretty sure she’s the boss (and honestly...she is). With 10 years of experience helping buyers and sellers across Southeast Alabama and the Florida Panhandle, I mix real estate know-how with sweet tea-level Southern hospitality and a whole lot of heart. Whether you’re relocating, downsizing, or chasing your dream home, I’m here to make the process smooth, stress-free, and maybe even a little fun. I’m all about front porch sittin’, football yellin’, road trippin’, and soaking up those Crystal Lake sunsets. If you like your Realtor with a splash of sass, a whole lot of hustle, and the kind of care you'd expect from a neighbor with an extra casserole— I'm your girl!
