Tracey Franklin
Realtor
I made the move from the UK to Florida in 2016 with my husband after serving 27 years with London’s Metropolitan Police, where I retired as an Inspector. My career taught me the importance of communication, integrity, and staying calm under pressure—qualities I now bring to every real estate transaction. Today, I specialize in helping buyers and sellers across Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice to navigate the market with confidence. My approach is simple: clear communication, no surprises, and a commitment to delivering results with professionalism and integrity. Real estate can be complex—but with the right guidance, it doesn’t have to be stressful. That’s where I come in. I’m proud to serve clients across Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, and Sarasota, helping them find not just a house—but a place to call home. When I’m not working, I’m usually relaxing on Anna Maria Island, watching my husband fishing and chase “the one that didn’t get away.”
