Toni was previously licensed in the State of Georgia, and Alabama where she obtained her real estate and brokers license. Toni and Joe Effingger,(Army Retired 1st Sgt), are the owners of RE/MAX Excellence a full service real estate company servicing the Acadiana area. RE/MAX is a Veteran owned and operated company, specializing in assisting veterans, buyers, and sellers with the reality of home ownership. RE/MAX also provides property management for the rentals of investment properties.
