Hi, I’m Tom F. Miller, also known as Tom Your Florida Realtor. I help buyers, sellers, and people relocating to Southwest Florida make confident real estate decisions in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, and nearby communities. I became a Realtor because of my own experience buying real estate. I had a hard time finding someone who would really listen to my concerns and give me the clear information I needed. I did not want a sales pitch. I wanted straight answers. That experience shaped the way I work today. My goal is simple: help people understand what they are looking at so they can make the decision that is right for them. Real estate is often one of the biggest financial and personal decisions a family will ever make, and I take that seriously. Before real estate, I spent many years in leadership with Target, where I learned the value of listening, problem-solving, preparation, and paying attention to details. Those skills help me guide clients through pricing, negotiations, inspections, property condition, and the local issues that matter in Southwest Florida. As a PSA, ABR, and NHCS certified Realtor and Gulf Access Specialist, I help clients look beyond the photos and understand things like flood zones, insurance, roof age, wind mitigation, Gulf access, seawalls, boat docks, new construction, and hurricane preparation. I have lived in Florida since 1972, graduated from the University of Florida, and lived off McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers for 30 years. Southwest Florida is not just where I work. It is home. Outside of real estate, I am a husband, stepdad, and proud “Papaw” to two great-granddaughters. I enjoy building projects, fixing things, movies, BBQ, and a good meal. Through SWFLReal-Estate.com, I share practical local guidance for people who want more than a generic real estate answer. Whether you are buying, selling, relocating, or exploring waterfront living, I am here to help you make your right decision.
