As a lifelong real estate enthusiast and proud Northern Colorado community member, I lead with curiosity to understand what matters most to you. Whether you are exploring your first home, transitioning to a forever home, or need a real estate partner to help imagine and design a new vision for an existing property, I'd love to be of service! My start in real estate began in my early days after graduating from college. Through scratching and saving and taking calculated risks, the purchase and development of properties helped our family create a loving home and a meaningful small real estate portfolio. This approach has added financial stability and an outlet for projects and creativity over the past three decades. Since settling in Fort Collins in 2003, my family has built deep roots in this incredible community, raising our kids here, staying active in local sports and outdoor life, and investing in the neighborhoods and interest groups that make Northern Colorado special. In 2026, I retired from a 30-year healthcare career in which I obsessively worked to improve the health, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes of the patients that I served. Each customer was at the center of the business objectives we were trying to accomplish, and I bring that same approach to real estate. I lead with curiosity, listen intently, and craft strategies aligned with your goals before ever talking tactics. As a broker with RE/MAX Alliance, the #1 global real estate brand, you’ll have world class resources behind a deeply personal, service obsessed experience. If you’re buying, selling, or developing in Northern Colorado, I’d be honored to help you make your next move. You’re going to love it here.
