About Me
Tina is a mother of three (including her beloved 13 year-old Shih Tzu, Jess.). With over 16 years in the industry, Tina has seen it all. She owes her decade of success to her philosophy, which is “always put the client first!” She does this by approaching her real estate work with precise communication with her clients, acting as a superior support system during the buy/selling process, and her exceptional ability to follow through on any given task.
Tina has lived in the PNW her whole life, and her passion for her home state shows in her work. She has knowledge of the diverse and beautiful neighborhoods in both Snohomish and King Counties. She has earned multiple credentials that many agents don't possess including the CRS, SRS, & ABR. All of these offer unique skillsets when representing clients. She is also a First Time Homebuyer Instructor sponsored with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. In her spare time she enjoys visiting Ocean Shores!
