Tim is a relentless, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable Realtor® who began his Real Estate Career in 2015. For Tim Real Estate is all about creating happiness through home and business ownership on a local and personal level! Tim brings unique perspective and a community outlook to the team. He brings an extroverted, high energy personality, as well as a keen eye for detail. His attention to service, and work ethic is unparalleled. Tim was born and raised in Maine, being a transplant, he loves to boast about the greater Fort Lauderdale area as the best place to work, live and play!
Tim worked from the ground up to learn the Real Estate Industry. In 2015 he started with the Chez Renee Team at Realty of Maine as a marketing and administrative coordinator. He helped redesign and redevelop the marketing plan for the Chez Renee Team, pushing them to the very top of their field to be number one in their company for the four years he was with them.
In 2019 He decided to expand his horizons and move to the Greater Fort Lauderdale area. As expected, he continued with his passion of Real Estate and joined with Jimmy Cunningham to start the Cunningham-Smith Group. The Cunningham-Smith group is a top-notch Real Estate Team who puts the needs of their clients first and work tirelessly to get the best terms and price for all of their clients. After almost two years selling homes in the Greater Fort Lauderdale Area, he knows this is the place he was meant to live, work and play!
