I was born in Raleigh, North Carolina and moved to Long Beach (now Oak Island) permanently in 1981, spending the last 40+ years right here in paradise. I've seen the island grow from dirt roads, a mostly empty summertime beach strand with a handful of permanent residents, to the highly desirable and sought after beach community it has become. If you’d prefer working with a long-time, local island resident that knows southeastern coastal Carolina and everything it has to offer, I would love to talk with you and show you around. I promise that you won't be disappointed!!!
