Tim began his real estate career in 1987. However, until then, he had several careers. As a teenager, he had a lawn and snow removal service, A & W drive inn worker and worked with his brother as a flooring installer. Later, Tim was a Department store assistant manager to manager and mens' wear buyer for 3 stores, restaurant assistant manager, radio advertising salesman, Internet provider salesman, music store salesman and the Director of Environmental Services at the Cambridge Health Care Center. Finally joined Century 21 Lang in Coon Rapids where he became the rookie of the year with great training and mentorship. in 1989 Tim and a few agents formed New Land Realty. An opportunity to purchase a Coldwell Banker franchise in 1992 located in Cambridge along with a partner, Clare Lillis. In 2000, Tim Became the sole owner - Broker of Coldwell Banker Action Realty until the fall of 2007. In October of 2007, Tim closed the last of three offices and joined Coldwell Banker Burnet as a Broker Associate. In 2023, he joined ReMax Results in Cambridge.
