I work closely with Personal Representatives to evaluate the property, review market conditions, develop an appropriate pricing and marketing strategy, and position the property for the best possible outcome based on the estate’s needs and circumstances. My professional education includes the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, e-PRO® certification, and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation. Combined with my background in direct marketing and sales, this training enables me to provide knowledgeable guidance, effective property marketing, and clear communication throughout each transaction.
