REMAX Advantage Realty
Theresa Waskey
Associate
Before I ever listed a home, I sat at hundreds of closing tables. For 10 years as a Title Representative, I witnessed thousands of real estate transactions — the deals that came together and the ones that didn't — and I learned exactly what matters most in this business. That foundation shaped the agent I became. I've held my real estate license since 2005, which means I bring over 30 years of combined real estate experience to every client relationship. Whether you're buying, selling, or simply exploring your options, I offer full-service representation — as your Listing Agent or Buyer's Agent — across Central Maryland, including Carroll, Howard, Frederick, Harford, Montgomery and Prince George's counties. Over the last five years, I've narrowed my focus to a specialty I'm truly passionate about: active adult and 55+ communities. I've invested the time to deeply research communities across the region, and I understand what makes each one distinct — the amenities, the lifestyle, the HOA structure, and the resale dynamics. This isn't just a niche for me; it's a calling. What I love about this work — and yes, I know it sounds cliché — is the matchmaking. A lot of agents work within a defined geography. I work with a defined buyer. I thrive on finding the needle in the haystack: the right community, the right floor plan, the right fit for where you are in life. My business is built almost entirely on referrals, and that says everything about how I work. If you're looking for an agent who brings low pressure, honest guidance, deep community knowledge, and 30 years of experience to your corner, let's talk.
