With over 20 years in real estate, Terri brings a friendly, knowledgeable approach to every home journey. Whether it’s new-home construction, pre-owned and investment properties, or staging and marketing, Terri’s well-rounded experience makes the process smooth and stress-free. Her path into real estate started right after graduating from UCF, when she landed a fast-paced role at a top advertising agency in Orlando. “That job taught me how to juggle a dozen things at once,” Terri says with a smile. “It’s really helped me manage contracts and keep communication flowing between buyers and sellers.” Terri’s passion for Florida living shines through. “I love the Sunshine State—whether I’m hitting the golf course or rallying on the pickleball court, being active outdoors year-round is one of the things I treasure most about living here.” Outside of real estate, Terri shares a creative side with her husband, Jim. Together, they brought a children's book to life—Little Rhino Has No Horn, which Terri wrote and Jim illustrated. It’s won international recognition and made its way onto Florida’s DOE preferred reading list and even the Accelerated Reader program. “Publishing a book that kids, parents, and teachers connect with has been one of the most rewarding experiences,” she says. When she’s not helping clients or chasing her next creative project, you’ll likely find Terri watching old movies with her daughter, solving Sudoku puzzles, winning at backgammon, or reading poolside about the latest trends in real estate.
