Terry entered the real estate business in 1990 after a series of 7 problematic transactions that proved the great need for competent, caring real estate agents who would work hard as client advocates. It was the worst possible time to enter the industry, as Colorado Springs was officially the "Repo Capital of the United States". However, buyers & sellers appreciated an agent who acted as their advocate, rather than just a salesperson. Call her today to be your advocate!
