I specialize in waterfront and Seacoast area homes in both Maine and NH. After 38 yrs of real estate, and living in the New Castle & Portsmouth, NH area all my life, I can help any Buyer or Seller within a 45 minute radius of Portsmouth, NH, bordering on Kittery, Maine. I specialize in first time home buyers, new construction and high end waterfront properties. As well as a real estate career, I am a recently ret. Capt. on the New Castle, NH Fire Dept for 38 yrs, and am still currently an EMT and American Heart CPR Instructor.
