For more than 30 years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate Grand Strand real estate, including many years working alongside my brother, Gene Carter, as part of The Beach Pro Team. Many of the relationships built during those years have continued through multiple purchases, sales, referrals, and generations of families—and I’m proud to continue being a resource for those clients today. I work with buyers and sellers from the North Carolina border to Pawleys Island, with particular experience in resort and oceanfront properties, second homes, investment properties, and new construction. As a licensed real estate broker in both South Carolina and North Carolina, I can help clients on both sides of the state line. Over the years, I’ve learned that every successful purchase or sale starts with understanding the person, the property, and the goals—not simply the transaction. My experience includes helping clients understand rental potential, HOA considerations, property expenses, new construction options, and the details that can make one property a better fit than another. For sellers, particularly in the resort and vacation-property market, that experience means knowing how to position a property, communicate important details that may not fit neatly into an MLS listing, and tap into a long-standing network of agents who actively sell these specialized properties.
