I'm Tanner Petratos, a real estate agent for the Jacquie Norman team at REMAX Pinnacle. I'm proud to help people navigate one of the most important decisions they will ever make - buying or selling their home. For me personally, real estate is really about people and relationships more than it is about houses. Whether you are looking for your first home, downsizing, or selling your property that holds years of memories, I'm here to make the process feel more personal, and less stressful. My approach is pretty straight forward. I take the time to learn and understand what is important to you, answer your questions honestly, and keep you informed about every step of the process. Open communication, punctuality, and being precise in the details is vital to how I operate. While being an agent, I also work as an exteriors contractor / roofer with my father at Lancaster County Roofing. I know and understand houses from top to bottom, inside and out. I'll tell you everything I know. As someone who was born and raised in Lancaster County, I enjoy helping clients find the home they love, in the city that I know and love too. I understand the culture, local businesses, amenities, and communities to lead you to your new home. In my off time you will find me spending time with my wife and daughter. We love being outdoors, whether it's at the pool, taking beach trips, or traveling up to Camelback resort in the Poconos. Every Sunday we attend Victory church where I am part of the facilities and maintenance team, and we love eating at Coffee Co. right after. I am incredibly grateful for every opportunity to be a part of my clients' journeys, and I'd love to be a resource for you too.
