About Me
My name is Tammy Potter Wills and I am excited to work with individuals who desire to explore urban living! My husband, David, and I have called the Viridian home since 2017. We are empty nesters and have completely fallen in love with downtown living and value the many relationships we have built since moving to downtown Nashville. David served 3 years on our HOA board, and I have been involved with the social committee for several years prior to Covid. We are avid sports fans and self-proclaimed foodies. We can’t resist a good happy hour and love attending Titans and Predators games!
On a personal note, I was a 30-year educator of Business and Information Technology, spending my last 12 years as the Dean of the Business and Technology Department at West Kentucky Community College before I retired. In my next chapter, I want to help others list/buy in our downtown market. I feel that I know the various buildings in the downtown area, the Gulch, and Germantown very well and can successfully list/sell/rent in this specific market.
