I love my job! I have been a realtor for 13 years and it never gets old helping people begin a new chapter, whether it's buying their first home, buying again, or selling. I get excited with them or support them if they are moving from a home they love. I moved to the Fort Bragg area in 2013 when my husband changed duty stations. I started as an assistant to a realtor at the company who managed our rental at the time. I loved it so much that I went to real estate school 6 months after moving here. I have been working in the same office ever since! Since then, not only have I worked with so many amazing clients, I have gotten my MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certification and my ABR® (Accredited Buyer's Representative) certification as well. Every transaction is different and I explain every step to my clients so they fully understand. Communication is key! I like to check in with my clients even during the "quiet time" of the transaction when we are just patiently waiting. I like to answer questions and if I don't know the answer, I will find it. I help clients in Fayetteville, Sanford, Cameron, Spring Lake, and the surrounding areas. My husband has retired from active duty but we decided to stay in the area for my job and he continues work on Fort Bragg so I will be working in this area for many years to come!
