This wealth of knowledge, coupled with his impressive designations including Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), and Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE®), empowers him to educate his clients and provide them with essential market insights, ultimately enabling them to make well-informed decisions. Sy's proven track record of achieving results has contributed to his clients successfully closing real estate transactions exceeding a total volume of $35 million. This achievement further led him to be named a finalist for the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce's prestigious Top 7 under 40 award in 2022.
Sy remains actively engaged with the community, volunteering his time with organizations like Habitat for Humanity and Interfaith Coalition. He also serves on the advisory council of Whatcom Young Professionals. In a testament to his commitment to making a positive impact, a portion of his compensation from real estate sales is donated in the client's name to both the Children's Miracle Hospital and a charity of their choice, as part of his special initiative called The Give Back Relay Project.
