As a third-generation Treasure Valley native, I know this valley isn't just where people live—it's where they build memories, raise families, and begin new chapters. For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of helping buyers and sellers navigate those important moments with honesty, integrity, and personal service. As a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Land & Home and a Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I enjoy helping people at every stage of life—from first-time homebuyers to growing families, retirees, and those helping loved ones through life's transitions. My goal is to make every client feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout the entire process. I believe finding the right home begins with understanding the community around it. That's why my approach is centered on helping clients **explore** the Treasure Valley—its neighborhoods, small towns, local businesses, parks, schools, and the people who make each community unique. When you truly explore an area, you're better equipped to find a place that feels like home. When I'm not working with clients, I'm writing the *Abby & Oscar Explorer Collection*, a children's book series that encourages young readers to explore America's states through mystery, history, geography, wildlife, and unforgettable characters. My passion for exploration doesn't stop with my books—it inspires the way I serve my clients every day. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime residence, or simply beginning to consider your options, I'd be honored to help you explore what's possible. **Explore communities. Discover home.**
