About Me

Awards

Hi, I’m Susan Golden, a REALTOR® licensed in Oregon and Washington. I genuinely love real estate and the people behind every move. Helping clients buy or sell their homes including downsizing energizes me. I’m committed to providing clear, timely guidance throughout the entire process in the Portland and Vancouver metro areas. I carefully navigate each transaction and advocate for my clients in every negotiation including inspections. Whether you’re downsizing or searching for a forever home, I offer thoughtful, tailored support and expert representation. With a background as a former advertising agency owner and a seasoned sailor, I bring strategic thinking, creativity, and calm problem-solving to every transaction. My goal is simple: exceptional service and a smooth, successful real estate experience for you.
