I became a REALTOR in 2016 and have personally been part of more than 150 transactions totaling over $55 million in sales. Since forming in 2020, my team has surpassed $100 million in real estate sales. But to me, real estate has never been about the numbers. It’s about people building relationships, helping clients make informed decisions, and doing what I genuinely love. Whether handing someone the keys to their first home or telling a seller we exceeded their expectations, those moments never get old. The numbers I’m proudest of are my $330,000 median sale price and 99% sale-to-list ratio because they represent real people: first-time buyers, young families, single parents, retirees, and everyone in between. I’ve sold multi-million-dollar properties and homes for $84,500, and every client matters the same. I believe honesty matters, even when it means having difficult conversations about pricing or expectations. My goal has always been to provide truthful guidance based on experience not simply tell people what they want to hear. As my high school valedictorian, I’ve always enjoyed the analytical side of real estate, including pricing strategy, market trends, and negotiation. I also serve on the RealTracs Advisory Council representing Sumner REALTORS. In 2026, my team was recognized by RealTrends Verified among the top 1.5% of REALTORS nationwide based on sales volume. While we’re grateful for the recognition, serving Middle Tennessee families remains what matters most. Before real estate, I worked in music full-time and still perform with my wife and best friend, Holly, as our duo, The Springs. We met at the Bluebird Cafe and are now raising our boys here in Middle Tennessee.
