Steve Altermatt has been Boulder’s #1 Realtor since 1985. Year after year, Steve sells more homes than any other Realtor or real estate team in the area! Steve is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE), is a member of the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, and a Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. A Boulder resident since 1980, Steve raised his family in Boulder and he has volunteered for years in our neighborhoods and with youth sports programs. Steve thoroughly enjoys his career and showing his clients the outstanding quality of life Boulder has to offer, including the great restaurants, schools, amazing trails and scenery, and our 300+ days of sunshine a year.
Steve has a construction and design background and his hard work and sound, honest advice he shares with his clients about the improvements to make to increase their equity, as well as how to stage, market, and negotiate the sale of their homes sets him above the crowd. Steve uses appraisal format market evaluation to advise his clients. This form of evaluation that he learned from his sister, a veteran appraiser for over 25 tears, gets his clients sale prices closer to their list prices.
