Stephanie Fix is a real estate agent with 18 years of experience in the industry. She has worked with buyers and sellers of resale, new construction, land, short sales, and bank-owned properties. A long-time resident of Denver (22+ years), she knows the city neighborhoods intimately and can provide expert advice to her clients. Highly responsive, diligent, knowledgeable, and resourceful, Stephanie's business is built around ensuring that her clients are extremely satisfied with the purchase and sale of their biggest asset. Data and tech geek by nature, she finds both important in helping her understand the local market and helping her clients make informed decisions. She is recognized as one of the top 10 percent of agents. For 20 years, she worked in medical software sales, where she developed negotiation skills while working at prestigious hospitals including Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital. This career was exciting but after years of travel, she followed her mother’s footsteps and became a Realtor®, following an interesting path from working in her dad's pharmacy as a youngster, a 2 year stint/break in Keystone during college, teaching English in Japan and a management role in Japan.
