A lifelong Georgia native, Stephanie Burdett brings a deep-rooted understanding of her community and a heartfelt commitment to helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership. After graduating from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1996, she married the love of her life, Irvin A Burdett, Jr., and together they co-founded Irvin Alexander Homes, a family owned home building business. With over a decade of experience as a licensed Realtor®, Stephanie has built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and personal care. She is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and a Lifetime Member of the Circle of Excellence in Pickens County, achievements that reflect both her consistent success and deep dedication to her clients. Stephanie was also a Ramsey Trusted Pro through the Dave Ramsey organization, aligning her business with values like financial responsibility, honesty, and putting clients first. Her leadership within the industry includes serving as President of the Pickens County Board of Realtors in both 2020 and 2022, and she currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee through 2026—demonstrating her ongoing commitment to ethical excellence in real estate. She and her husband have raised two accomplished daughters: their eldest is pursuing her Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and their youngest, a 2024 graduate of the University of Georgia, is now an editorial assistant at Zando Publishing in New York City. Outside of real estate, Stephanie enjoys playing the piano, reading, and spending time with family and friends. She attends church at War Hill Canton campus in the Clayton Community of Waleska.
