It is a wonderful honor to serve our clients through great customer service, passion & extensive knowledge of the market from existing homes to New Construction and remodeling. We own Partners By Design Homes, Inc! I have decades of experience in the real estate and building industry. I have been able to provide support through the buying and selling process for my clients by helping them sell their current homes and/or buying a new home that fits their needs. Steph is also a custom home builder, remodeler and a New Construction Specialist with decades of experience in building and selling spec & custom homes where I provide guidance with plan designs, buyer representation, custom homes & specs from the ground up. I have gained extensive knowledge about new construction by being on site, following the build process & working direct with contractors, vendors & home buyers. This experience allows me to give my clients the best service possible during the home building process from start to finish. I also, helped those buyers sell their current homes to help make the transition smooth from one home to the next. Steph has also worked with clients through both Cartus Relocation & many clients moving the Metro area from other states that are not currently working with a relocation companies to help find the best neighborhoods for them & their families.
