About Me
My name is Stacy-Ann Tinglin and I am a licensed Realtor in New Jersey and New York since 2006. I'm one of the Principal and Founders of The Tinglin and Todd Team TNT Real Estate Group (TNT). TNT was established in 2018 by Stacy-Ann Tinglin and Todd Seward who are both members of the National Association of Realtors. In 2021, 2022, and 2023 TNT’s work was recognized by the National Association of Realtors, which bestowed the NCJAR Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award to the Realtors.
TNT was created to provide a level of customer care and service that ensures clients are valued and treated with respect. TNT is licensed to serve clients in both New York and New Jersey. TNT consistently delivers results that far exceed client expectations. TNT prides itself on its’ people centered approach that values relationships over transactions. We guarantee that each client’s experience with TNT will be enlightening, informative, and supportive.
TNT has successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions. This includes numerous transitions with first-time homebuyers. The two principal Realtors of TNT began their careers in social services, and both hold graduate degrees. Stacy earned a graduate degree in Disability Studies and Todd earned a graduate degree in Social Work. Their experience as social service providers have informed their real estate practice and led them to create “The TNT Way.”
“The TNT Way” is a continuum of services, specifically designed for low to moderate income families and communities. This continuum of services aka "The TNT Way” has successfully helped participants successfully navigate the home buying process by providing access to conventional loan products that have; below market interest rates, 100% financing, down payment assistance and forgivable grants.
