Before Stacy-Ann Wilkins ever sold a house, she spent 22 years in social services advocating for people with disabilities and their families. That is still how Stacy and her TNT Team do real estate today. A Broker Associate licensed in New York since 2006 and a New Jersey Broker since 2020, Stacy founded TNT Real Estate Group in 2021. The team has served hundreds of families across both states and earned the NCJAR Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 2021, 2022, and 2023. But the heart of TNT is its philosophy: Relationships Over Transactions. TNT serves buyers, sellers, and investors. Many clients are New Yorkers priced out of the city who find real value and community in Newark and nearby areas. Sellers benefit from Stacy's eye for design and staging, and investors get help building multi-family and commercial portfolios. Through The TNT Way, low- to moderate-income families access favorable loans, down payment assistance, and forgivable grants. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Stacy started a senior home preservation initiative that NCJAR adopted as a task force training agents as senior resource specialists. She also leads free workshops helping seniors protect their homes and legacies. Stacy holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Disability Studies, is a certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), chairs the NCJAR Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and is a New Jersey Notary Public.
