I’m Soozie Yearwood (licensed as Susan Yearwood), a full-time Realtor® with RE/MAX Gold serving Grass Valley, Nevada City, Penn Valley, Alta Sierra, and the greater Nevada County foothills. Ranked among the top agents locally and regionally for both sales volume and number of homes sold, I bring strong market knowledge and a caring, hands-on approach to every client I work with. As the wife of a longtime wildland firefighter and a mom who raised three children in this community, I understand firsthand the lifestyle, values, and neighborhoods that make Nevada County such a special place to call home. That personal connection helps me guide clients not just with data, but with real local insight. Buyers appreciate my quick communication, honesty, and ability to explain each step clearly. Sellers trust my pricing strategy, home-prep guidance, and high-quality marketing that helps their homes stand out in today’s market. Whether you’re moving across town or relocating from out of the area, my goal is simple: to guide you smoothly from start to finish, keep you informed, and make the entire process as stress-free as possible.
