Living in Northeast Florida for a long period of time— Sonia De Los Santos has the ability to answer any questions about the area. Very personable, Sonia is outgoing and prides herself on creating new relationships.
Majoring in Business Management-- Sonia has the edge in real estate. With past work experience in Account Management– Sonia’s discipline, organization, and expertise in customer service are evident. Sonia worked with big-name clients such as Costco, Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, as well as many medical supply chains. Most recently, Sonia worked as a Compliance Manager for a Facility Management Company where she supervised over 800 Walmart stores across the Northeast and Southeast regions of the United States, showcasing her outstanding multitasking capabilities.
Being a realtor since 2005- her experience in this field has cultivated an expertise in negotiation and attention to detail. Sonia has earned her license as a Claims Adjuster and is a member of the National Notary Association. This allows Sonia to better inform her clients when making financial real estate decisions.
When Sonia is not working as a realtor, she enjoys spending her time with her wonderful family. She also loves to read, listen to music, participate in yoga, learn new skills, and try new foods in her spare time. An advocate for volunteering—Sonia helps her community by feeding the homeless at the Clara House.
