As a longtime resident, Sinoda Holloway is licensed through the state of Florida but specializes in the Treasure Coast as she knows the community both as an agent and a neighbor.
Sinoda Holloway was born and raised in Florida, she has been a resident of Saint Lucie County since 2006 when her family moved from Miami FL to Port St Lucie, attending local schools and graduating from our very own Indian River State College.
With a former professional background and extensive experience as a behavioral therapist Sinoda has educated her clients on the purchasing and selling process from managing the emotions of sellers and buyers to considering a new home, whether it's a condo, single family home, oceanfront, or even entertainment in the area; she strives to make her clients real estate experience memorable and enjoyable. Her enthusiasm for helping others and knowledge of the market helps her connect with clients and provide them with the best service possible.
