About Me

Listings

I am a realtor in Colorado Springs serving the Denver area down to Pueblo. I have a PhD in physics but prefer to operate my own business, which has led me to helping people search for homes as my occupation. I don't just help you tour a place: I use the analytical skills from my prior career to make sure pricing and details are right, and that all contracts are 100% accurate, so you get the best possible results in your big transaction. I make sure to advise on and negotiate what's important to YOUR situation. I respond within 1 hour during standard business hours, and always by end of day, even on weekends. If you want someone who will do better than smiling and opening doors, you should call me and sit down for a consultation!
