A husband, father, and avid golfer, Shelton brings more than 20 years of corporate sales experience to real estate. His approach is simple: put people first, listen well and provide the kind of service that builds lasting relationships. Shelton believes buying or selling a home shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Instead, it should be a clear, straightforward process where clients feel informed, confident and supported every step of the way. “Whether someone is buying their first home or learning how to invest in real estate and build long-term wealth, I want them to know I’ll always be there to listen, work hard and guide them through the process,” Shelton says. In addition to helping clients buy and sell homes, Shelton has firsthand experience as a real estate investor, giving him a practical understanding of the housing market and what buyers look for when purchasing a property. Shelton and his wife, Rhonda, also own Perfectly Cordial, a handcrafted cocktail mixer company. Together, they’ve built a business centered on bringing people together, whether around the kitchen island, in the backyard, or during life’s special celebrations. The proud father of two adult children, Jordan (27) and Jaydon (20), Shelton enjoys staying active outside of work. He referees volleyball and basketball, works out whenever he can, has recently discovered a love for pickleball, and spends time on the golf course—still chasing that consistent swing. He’s also a lifelong car enthusiast who appreciates anything with horsepower and personality. Whether he's helping clients find the right home, officiating a game, or spending time with family and friends, Shelton believes life is all about relationships. At the end of the day, people matter most.
