Originally from western North Carolina and a graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Social Work, Shellie followed a lifelong dream of living on the coast when she moved to Southport in 2022. Today, she helps buyers, sellers, and those relocating to the area navigate the local market with thoughtful guidance and a strong focus on relationships. Before entering real estate, Shellie built a career centered on helping others through social work. That background continues to shape her approach as a real estate agent. She listens carefully, takes time to understand each client’s goals, and works to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Whether someone is searching for a coastal home, selling a property, or planning a move to the area, Shellie brings patience, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to helping people make confident decisions. Outside of real estate, Shellie enjoys embracing the coastal lifestyle she once dreamed about. She loves reading by the beach, paddle boarding, boating, attending barre classes, and spending time with her beautifully blended family. Community involvement is also important to her. She volunteers with organizations including SaTUSA, Women’s Life Center, and Brunswick Family Assistance, serves as President of the middle school PTA, and is a member of Kiwanis Southport Oak Island. Shellie proudly serves clients throughout the area, including Southport, Oak Island, Boiling Spring Lakes, Bolivia, Supply, Leland, and the Wilmington area.
