About Me
Shellie is a proud native of Western NC and an alumna of Appalachian State University where she obtained a degree in Social Work. Having harbored a lifelong dream of living on the North Carolina coast, Shellie, alongside her husband Scott and youngest daughter, made the move to Southport in August 2022. In creating a beautifully blended family—what she lovingly calls the Brady Bunch—Shellie embraces her roles as a mother to daughters Courtney and Cambrie, and bonus sons Sullivan, Jacob and Keelan.
After attaining her real estate license, Shellie now proudly serves as a Realtor with RE/MAX Southern Coast. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in the simple pleasures of life in Brunswick County, whether it's unwinding on the beach with a captivating book, paddle boarding, practicing yoga or pilates, or cherishing moments with her family.
Though her career focus has shifted away from Social Work, Shellie remains dedicated to community service where she aims to guide women and the youth towards a brighter future. She actively volunteers with SaTUSA, Women’s Life Center and Brunswick Family Assistance, and is a member of Kiwanis and Southport Woman’s Club.
With a heart dedicated to both her clients and community, Shellie has seamlessly transitioned her passion for community service into the realm of real estate. She brings a unique blend of local insight, dedication to service, and a genuine love for the coastal lifestyle to the table. As your trusted Realtor in the Brunswick County area, she is well-equipped to assist clients seeking to relocate or make a change. Under Shellie’s guidance, navigating the local real estate landscape to sell or finding your new home by the seashore will be as smooth as the coastal breeze.
