Hi, I’m Shelby Boche (maiden: Pankratz). I grew up in Lakeville and obtained my bachelor's degree from Gustavus Adolphus College. I have been working as a project manager and came to realize the multitude of transferable skills to the real estate profession. After marrying my high school sweetheart and purchasing our first home in 2020, I decided to take my lifelong experiences as a 'realtor's daughter', get my license, and join the family team!
