I have lived in the Northern VA and Shenandoah Valley area for over 30 years, and have been a full-time Realtor for 18 years specializing in listings, first-time home buyers, clients upgrading and downsizing, investors, and 55+ communities. My vast knowledge of Winchester, Frederick County, and the surrounding areas enables me to better serve my clients with pricing real estate as well as assisting them in making competitive offers.

My first record sales achievement award received, from our local realtor association board, was the Rookie of the Year Award. I have continued to receive awards every year based on volume and performance.
I enjoy learning and being a leader in this industry. Aside from being up to date on the required classes, I have the following: Accredited Buyer Representative, Graduate, Realtor Institute, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, Seller Representative, and Seniors Real Estate Expert. I have been the Director of the Blue Ridge Board of Realtors for over 7 years, and am exclusively on the 55 Places website.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, wine tasting, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy participating in community outreach programs through my local real estate board and church. Keeping up with education and building relationships throughout my community is an important part of my business that also directly helps my clients and the service I provide.
