I have been a Full Time Real Estate Professional since 2004, getting started with new construction and vacant land sales then quickly started listing existing residential homes to help homeowners sell, so they could purchase new construction. Through the years I've also helped with small commercial sales & luxury homes. Working with a team of other agents, developers, title companies, lenders, appraisers, inspectors and many other professionals in the business has helped me learn many different aspects of the business. I love what I do as it allows me to help people achieve their real estate goals...It's NOT easy and it can be very time consuming, but I feel the need to be at my customers/clients side throughout the home buying and selling process.
