Shannon Combs
Team Leader & Broker Associate
Shannon has been a licensed Realtor since 2003 and Broker Associate since 2021. She received her BS in Chemistry from the University of WI-Stevens Point and her MS in Organizational Leadership and Quality from Marian College. She worked in the chemical industry for over a decade- holding positions in chemical quality control, quality assurance and product information management before moving into real estate. Shannon and her husband Tom's initial focus was on owning rental properties, but they soon found that their real passion is helping other people to buy and sell homes. By early 2005, they were both full time Realtors. Today Shannon and Tom lead a truly amazing team of professionals that work together to provide outstanding service to their clients. Shannon & Tom have documented core values that they use to guide their team and a strong focus on building trust and long-term relationships with their clients. Their many years of combined experience within the team, proven systems, and personalized approach produce consistent results for their clients. It is their mission to create amazing experiences and exceed expectations before, during and after the sale. Communication, details, and consistently delivering great service are top priorities for Shannon. Her clients confidently rely on her as their trusted advisor and real estate strategist. In her free time, Shannon enjoys group exercise classes, reading and spending time with family.
